About Us

Ruffle + Render Interiors was started by Ilona and Gifford James. We live in the beautiful city of Bristol and are passionate about working with local trades and artisans in our projects.

Gifford has over 20 years experience as a CAD draughtsman, there is nothing he cannot draw and is responsible for adding the precision to bring the creative ideas into reality.

After a decade as a project manager delivering multi-million pound projects across the defence industry, Ilona chose to specialise in property development and discovered the power transforming spaces through interior design can have on well-being and happiness.

We are blessed with three children who keep us dreaming big and working hard.
